This system has incorporated the QC control features.

Pending QC Inspection
Upon update of Daily Production Report, the production lot shall be pending for QC Inspection.

QC Inspection Result
To update the QC inspection status (Accepted, Rejected or Rework), quantity, rejection causes. |
Transfer To Store
System will only allowed accepted lot to be transfer to Finished Goods store by calling the goods transfer note.

• Pending QC Inspection List ¨C to print out the pending for QC checking list.
• QC Inspection List ¨C to print out the QC Inspection results.
• QC Analysis ¨C to print out the analysis report on rejection causes.
• Rejection Chart ¨C to show the rejection rate.
